SE therapy promotes regulation of the autonomic nervous system and helps clients become more resilient. The client will become more attuned to their body and learn how it feels when they are safe and supported. Trauma Touch Therapy is performed with the client fully clothed. Work can be done with the client in either a seated position on lying down on a massage table.
